No stairs to setup area. Should you have stairs, please call us to discuss. Flat, level access required (no pebbles, gravel or steep incline)

Standard power outlet is needed within 50 ft. of castle's setup area.
We provide 50ft extension cord. If power is over 50ft of setup area, please let our team know. We do not provide generators.

This castle cannot be setup on gravel, mud or sand under any circumstance. For safety reasons, we do not set up on rooftops, balconies, or on windy days (20mph+)

Sprinklers system must be turned off and pets must be put away.

Please note that if any incorrect details are provided knowingly, your entire booking fee will be forfeited if access requirements are not met on the day.

• Strictly NO face paint, party poppers or mess prone products (i.e glitter, slime, messy art, temporary tattoos, etc)

• White Toddler Castle (ages 2-6): $250

Secure your date with a 50% deposit. 
Remaining balance is due 10 days before your event.

Cleaning Deposit
There will be a $150 Cleaning Deposit added to every rental.
Deposit will be fully refunded 2-3 business days after the event only if equipment is not dirty, stained, wet, or moved from original setup area.

All payments (aside from Cleaning Deposit) are non-refundable. 
Cancellations will be credited for a future reservation.
