Yes, we are fully insured. All events that require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) also need a mandatory on-site attendant. If you need a COI, please notify us no later than one week before your event.
You may book your date in advance with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid one week before the event. If event is booked 2 weeks prior to the date needed, payment must be made in full.
We have different sets for different age groups anywhere from crawlers / early walkers up to 4 year olds. Our large ball pits are up to 6 year olds but even parents can (and are encouraged to) go inside with their little ones and have FUN!
We include up to 4 hours of playtime, with "Picture-Ready" considered part of these 4 hours.
Additional hours are $100 each and should be requested at least 24 hours in advance as extra hours may not be available on the day of the event.
Setup times depend on our logistics and your location. We plan routes the week of your event. Let us know any time restrictions early, especially from your venue. Setup can take 1-3 hours, depending on the rental and access (e.g., stairs or elevators). We’ll provide an estimated arrival time 1-2 days before your event.
Yes! Depending on the size of your layout, it will take anywhere between 1 to 2 hours for setup and breakdown (separately). We will happily work with you to coordinate both our setup and breakdown arrival times, so we do not cause any disruptions on your special day!
Our equipment (including our ball pit balls) is thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after each use, using products to kill 99.9% of harmful bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus, and germs. We are the first and only mobile soft play / ball pit rental company to have a professional ball-washing machine, which cleans, disinfects, and dries up to 14,000 ball per hour!
Yes, we do! If you're interested in having us travel to any location inside the United States or over a 2-hour drive from Miami, FL, we’d be happy to provide a detailed quote. Depending on the location, this may include round-trip truck travel and/or flights, as well as accommodation and meals. The size of the team will vary based on the rental requirements.
